The “something your muse does not want to hear” meme. I would imagine if you really needed a class, but the one(s) that potentially could do it in theory can’t in practice’d count. (And, well, Mordecai DOES seem like he’d make a great Gen/GK…)

"Gods, Mordecai, I'm sorry... a Great Knight seemed like it would be a good fit for someone of your nature... at least I can reclass you right away, just... let me fetch another seal." She wouldn't admit it, but she had had to stifle a chuckle at the sight of the laguz fumbling over all the equipment he had suddenly acquired.

Elysia shivered and jumped back, turning to the source of the lick. "G-Gods, where did you come from??" The tiger seemed docile, unusually. Was it... a kind of taguel?
"Er... are you... a person?" She felt silly asking it in such a weird way, but she wasn't thinking clearly at the moment.
