Thor stopped and studied the plain before them. It did indeed look like the snow-buried flat surface of a small lake, but it was iced over, and probably had been for centuries.

Thor shrugged. “So?” he said. “It’s frozen, obviously. I'm sure it’ll hold our weight just fine.”

OR: Thor convinces a begrudging Loki to join him on a quest into the icy forests of northern Asgard. Everything is fine, until they come across a frozen lake.

It’s Sunday again?? Already??? Anyway, this is for today’s whumptober prompt, ‘stab wound’. It takes place during Loki s2e3, during the Ferris wheel scene.
