This is another one that’s been on my computer for forever (I kept forgetting it then opening it up to find my style had improved so I’d need to redo it).  I actually drew this over Christmas break after rotg first came out!  It was right after the fandom realized Pitch had a daughter and I was deep in the feels.

I had a dream last night that my fav characters were Pokemon, so I spent a stupid amount of time drawing these guys out.  

Jack is a normal type that evolves to Ghost/Ice.  Tooth is Fairy/Flying, Bunny is Grass/Fighting, North is Steel/Fighting.  Then I thought the characters from the Golden Age could all evolve from the same little Normal Type! So Sandy is Fairy type, Pitch is Dark type, and Seraphina is Grass type.  And I got too lazy to do them but maybe Koz-Steel, Nightlight-Fighting, Mim-Dragon (cuz they’re way powerful not cuz he’s dragon-ish).

I drew a picture of Pitch Black and Mother Nature because I wanted to cry, and then I drew Kozmotis holding newborn baby Emily Jane (or Seraphina, if that’s what you prefer) because the first picture didn’t hurt enough apparently. She has her daddy’s nose! 

Before I finished reading the Toothiana book, I was picturing Pitch’s daughter as a war hero too. Great generals raise fierce daughters! And fierce lady captains must often be apart from their fathers :( picturing her when she receives news of her father’s fall…

I made this a while back, and just got around to posting it.

I originally drew out this little comic of Pitch’s last night with his daughter (before he left to guard the prison), and this was from one of the panels.  He asks his daughter to promise to stay strong for him while he’s away.  And she promises she will.
