You should always be wary of "friendly" supervisors/managers. They buddy up to you all nice but then they expect ridiculous thing from you later. And if you try to tell them otherwise, they'll be like "pwetty pwease do me this one favor if u don't imma gonna in twouble i bewieve in u thx bestie!!" Basically they'll always guilt trip you and make it more difficult to speak out to a higher up. Especially when they've gotten "friendly" with your other co-workers and you might end up socially blacklisted.
