(It’s not like you can deny Flemeth anything… you have seen what she can do…) But when I read that you were still without present it upset me. I was so happy about my own DAHC gift this year and it makes me sad that you haven’t gotten anything yet. So, after reading your wishlist this was the first idea that came to mind. Carver & Merrill - Kirkwall Noir. They are the protagonists in a “Noir AU” where Merrill is the head of a booze smuggle ring during prohibition and Carver is an undercover cop set to capture her and stop the underground activities of Merrill and her gang (though I think Merrill might just be a “fake” boss and that someone behind her is pulling all the strings and just wants to stay under the radar). So yes, that sums up what went through my head while I drew this. Spent all my afternoon on this so that you can get your gift and I really, really hope you like it!
