Seems the DCEU loves the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies. Joe Manganiello (Flash Thompson) is now Deathstroke, J.K. Simmons (JJ Jameson) is Jim Gordon, and Willem Dafoe (Green Goblin) is Vulko.
I’m just saying....

It may sound absurd but don’t be naïve Even heroes have the right to bleed I may be disturbed but won’t you concede Even heroes have the right to dream And it’s not easy to be me
I really love this headline
I usually can’t stand Vulture, but bless this headline it’s so perfect.
Here they are
Not happy with this Marvel/Sony.
A SIXTH Spider-Man solo movie, probably with another white dude, before we get Black Panther or Captain Marvel…
this is not what we asked for
this is not what we wanted
this is not what we needed
While we’ve known for a while that Spider-Man would be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe – first potentially with Captain America: Civil War, then with more films – we haven’t known until now who would be behind the mask. Would it be Peter Parker, or the “Ultimate Spider-Man” Miles Morales? Speaking during the Age of Ultron press day, Spider-Man producer Kevin Feige confirmed many fans’ theories (and fears).
MOTHERFUCK. WE DONT NEED PETER PARKER AGAIN.
Praying for a racebend….
Guarantee you it’s going to be a young, handsome white boy.
Welp, any kind of optimistic mind set I had towards the MCU Spider-Man is officially gone. Fuck this guy.
Honestly, I'm not nearly as hyped about Spider-Man going back to Marvel as I thought.
1-Apparently, Avi Arad is still somewhat involved
2-Black Panther's release date got pushed back to make room for Spidey, which is bullshit
3-Andrew Garfield is the fall guy and that sucks.
Honestly, I think I'll only get truly excited is if Miles Morales is the MCU Spider-Man.
