@flounderingdestinies | wanted Calisto/Theo
Calisto was sitting in the back of Hades food joint, playing with one of the blunt table knives. His hand splayed out on the table as he rapidly moved the knife between the gaps in his fingers hitting the table at rapid speed. He would never hit himself, the hellhounds reflexes were sharp from centuries of training. Out of the two heads of the son of Cerberus, Calisto was the head that got the better hearing while his other head Calix got the scent. “I suggest creeping up on a hellhound with a knife in his hand is not advised little one.”
“I wasn’t creeping.” Theo replied blandly, circling around and taking a seat across the table from him. Her head cocked to the side as she studied him for a long moment, noting that he really did seem identical to Calix on first sight. Even their scents were incredibly similar, and she knew it would take her some time to pick apart their differences. But for now she lowered her gaze in deference and watched him work with the knife. They may both have been hellhounds, but that was where the similarities ended. Theo was a Lesser Hound, meant to herd the dead in the underworld and maybe track down those restless enough to slip back to the land of the living if she distinguished herself enough. Callisto and his brother were the spawn on Cerberus, the True Hellhound to which all of Theo’s kind was beholden. “I just thought I should check in.”
