"I promise, I fight hard to keep them safe." Toothiana certainly wasn't going to leave her box only half filled once the mixed heritage came to light. Hannah deserved the whimsy of her childhood protected as much as anyone else.
"I think Grandma saw your kingdom once, but she made sure to get rid of all the maps that guided her there. She said it was beautiful, but really dangerous to get to because it was so high up. But she didn't want anybody to find your home."
That comment made her blink. Seeing even a glimpse of her palace was a feat to be commended, it was purposefully difficult to accomplish. "I'm glad she was safe on her trip. I'll have to find a way to thank her for getting rid of the maps. I thought I did that a long time ago. Did she get any pictures or anything while she was there?"

“My skills are getting rusty. Should I start by practicing with the bow, or quarterstaff?”
A low chuckle and chill in the air.
“Thats just what i liked to hear, you know, I much preferred this place when it was silent.” His shadow trails behind the other a low chuckle. “but I suppose you would get rusty, when you don’t have anything to defend. must have been fun, did you all have a nice vacation?”
His form shifts to the front slowly stepping out of the shadows that formed behind him. “boo. miss me?”
The tingle up her spine wasn't exactly fear. More like... loathing. Her hand curling around the staff, happy she'd grabbed one with gilded ends, gave each swing a little more heft. Lip curling in disgust.
"I'm so glad you enjoyed the temporary reprieve."
The words hard, and spoken through clenched teeth. She turned slightly, glaring at him over her shoulder.
"And what brings you her, Pitch? Do you have more teeth you'd like to donate, or did you just miss the throb my fist left in your jaw? I wonder how many days it hurt."
