I can't believe Taika Waititi made all the vampires gay, and now he's making all the pirates gay. literally no one else is doing it like him.

Oh man, that’s the cherry on top.

Stu Rutherford created a new stroby light technology that Waititi used in Thor: Ragnarok! That gorgeous bit in Valkyrie’s backstory? He and his friend Carlo van de Roer designed that lighting.

HE’S GIVEN US SO MUCH.

I’m glad they didn’t eat Stu.

It all makes sense now…. 

taika waititi gives off the energy of a chaotic trickster god trapped on earth for a millennium who got tired of stealing firstborns some time in the 16th century, and is now just here to kick back and make weird jokes and maybe once in a decade he’ll turn a guy into a pigeon
