it's kind of interesting how many different kinds of pain there are. you'd think that "there's something Fucked Up and it's This bad" would be all we need to know, yet there's some real texture to it.
you could talk about this shit like a sommelier if you wanted to. "ah, yes, a typical 'cold or mild flu' sort of ache, with the usual undertone of undefinable malaise. but there's also some interesting notes of 'stayed up too damn late' which you don't usually get from an illness alone."
