This is Epipedobates anthonyi, a common dart frog in greenhouses, kept for biological pest control and the delight of tumblrians.

It's Breviceps adspersus, one of the roundest bois. Now immensely popular in the pet trade, but I am not aware of a single case of successful captive breeding.

I clicked fearing it would be Out Of Touch but, instead, it is perfectly splendid
