This was absolutely delicious! Always make sure that your plate is full of healthy colors! :)
Well well, it's that time of the year again :) People set major weightloss dates twice a year: 1) for summer holidays and 2) for New Year or Christmas! Since I didn't do very well this summer (and autumn seems to be as much as a failure) I decided to go on and make it official. It's time for 11 healthy, sweaty, happy weeks! Let's get it on :)
Some of the example where to get all the necessary healthy vitamins out of your food! :)
TOP 10 MISTAKES THAT DIETERS MAKE
- Fasting
- Missing Breakfast
- Cutting out all fats from the diet
- Missing meals
- Irregular meals
- Eating and drinking too many fruits and juices
- Express-diets (ie. "7 lbs in 7 days")
- Minimum or lack of physical activity
- Lack of water (or way too much of it)
- Lack of self-appreciation and acceptance
If you want to change, make it right... make it HEALTHY!
Oh yesss... squat that ass down! :) I need to try that machine once cause I think it's easier to maintain a good form with it. Although, I never tried it so have no idea :P
Finally hit the gym! Lifted weights like never before!
Oh, sweet gym it's been so long... and you definitely kicked my ass today for it!
I wasn't in my best of moods, was pissed off and angry so decided to say "F you" to cardio and lift some weights! I think I never lifted that much in my entire life! ARRRRRGH!
I'm usually intimidated by the big guys that take over the weights area in my gym during the week but because it's Sunday there were only a couple of people and I could do whatever I wanted. Even the exercises that I was too shy to do because I wasn't sure I do them right! It totally paid off :) Now, yes I got a huge confidence boost but I'm not sure how I'll behave once it's full of testosterone in there :P
So I've read enough articles and posts about how you should LIFT as much as you can in terms of weight and I think I did the right thing. I couldn't do more that 8-10 reps per set (3 sets for each exercise) which is good, right? Concentrated on my back and glutes and barely made it home because my legs were soo heavy I could barely walk! I'm happy I pushed myself though, I really needed it.
Finally seeing some results on the scale :) All this thanks to the awesome Zumba class :)
Day 3: -1.9kg loss in total
Parapam-pa-dam! Day 3 has now started and on my scales this morning: another -0.3kg, which is -1.9kg in total =) Rock'n'roll!
However, physically I don't feel too good... my head is spinning and I'm feeling a little nauseous :-/ I don't know if it's because last night I was writing my essay until 3am and was functioning under the influence of a lot of caffeine, or because I clearly didn't get enough sleep, or because I don't get enough nutrients from my diet - in any case, I decided not to risk the chance of fainting in my uni and had an Alpen "wild berries" cereal bar (70kcal) to get some sugar pumping in my brain :) Hopefully this will not ruin my diet...
I also really want to go to the gym today, but I feel so tired :/
67,3 KG this morning! Oh wow, am I actually gonna pass the 67kg barrier?
Finally got my scales back!!!!
Oh God, it is such a wonderful feeling... I just can't live without my scales. I can't believe that I have survived a whole summer without them! To my biggest surprise, this morning my scales showed 67.8KG! Which is VERY surprising, cause I thought I gained some weight since the beginning of the summer :) This is such good news and definitely brings me a good motivation boost!!! YAY!
LET'S PLAY A GAME...
So HOPEFULLY I will be hitting the gym tomorrow and at the gym are the only scales I trust here in Austria :) Last time I was there was Monday, 20 August. My weight then was.. 68,2kg if I am not mistaken. How much do you think I weight a week from then? I would like to believe that I am below the 68km line now. But what do you think? Do you think I gained? Or I lost?
I really don't understand :( Yes, I did have a 2 day tummy-party on the 16 and 17th of May, but I can't say I was going crazy. From then, my weight kept jumping up and down although I was strictly following my diet... This is so demotivating.
My Goal 1 was to be 65kg by June 1, but obviously this is not happening. For the whole month, my weight just couldn't pass the 65.5kg barrier... I don't know what to do :-/
65.5 (144.6 lbs) kg this morning !
Damn, I'm actually really happy to see this weight on my scale this morning, especially after my "nomnomnomnomnom" weekend :) Now, I'm back on track !
I have 5 weeks until my birthday (27 november) and 10 weeks until New Years. Nutritionists say that the healthiest is to lose on average 1 kg (2.2lbs) per week. Does it mean I can reach my goal by my birthday ??? Does it mean I might reach my UGW (55 kg/212 lbs) by New Year ? Oh my God....
