Just what I needed after this morning's cardio workout! Yummy!
WENT TO THE GYM TODAY! Yaaay! Found the strength to get my ass up and work my ass off :) Did some running, and really concentrated on my buttocks and arms today. Even went swimming after the gym for a bit :) However, I need to make some kind of routine, some plan to keep up with because for now I'm just doing random exercises, exercises that I am most comfortable with :)
So yeah... although I lost almost 2kg on my diet, I don't see results for now but common, it's been only 3 days... We will see how it goes tomorrow!
OK, maybe I do not want to look that muscular but this is fucking motivation. Especially when you don't do shit...
