Visually, I am still far from my goal but every day I learn more about health, about working out and get a step closer to where I want to be! It is not about the number on the scales, it is not about the size of my dress and it is not about the amount of calories I eat - although these are quite good motivators as well. It is about being healthy. It is about feeling confident. And most importantly it is about being HAPPY! - another 0.8kg!

I've survived three days on the Japanese diet and I have lost 2.7kg so far! I think yesterday's gym workout paid off cause I definitely burned more than I ate! 

Today's lunch menu is disgusting though:

  • 1 raw egg (yes, RAW) 
  • 2 boiled carrots 
  • 15 gr of cheese (that's the good part!) 

But then I'm having fruits for dinner, which I'm super excited about!

Another problem: it's my working night in the club today, and that means being around alcohol for the whole night! Not that I will be drinking myself, but what usually happens is that people decide to shave that bottle of vodka of champagne down your throat! I don't want to ruin the amazing results I've had so far... :(

Day 3: -1.9kg loss in total

Parapam-pa-dam! Day 3 has now started and on my scales this morning: another -0.3kg, which is -1.9kg in total =) Rock'n'roll! 

However, physically I don't feel too good... my head is spinning and I'm feeling a little nauseous :-/ I don't know if it's because last night I was writing my essay until 3am and was functioning under the influence of a lot of caffeine, or because I clearly didn't get enough sleep, or because I don't get enough nutrients from my diet - in any case, I decided not to risk the chance of fainting in my uni and had an Alpen "wild berries" cereal bar (70kcal) to get some sugar pumping in my brain :)  Hopefully this will not ruin my diet...

I also really want to go to the gym today, but I feel so tired :/

I put this on the main wall of my kitchen to stay motivate :) sorry it's in Russian! Basically on each piece of paper it says what I'm gonna have to eat during the day. Every time I finish a day, I turn the paper over and there is something nice written (to keep your self-esteem level up!). For example for day 1 it says "You're incredible" :) works for me !!!
