Hey! I just found your work, and I am loving it so far 😃. If your requests are still open I would love to throw a Clone War request your way. I am a sucker for a protective Commander Wolffe and Wolfpack. With that in mind, I was wondering if you could write a reader x Wolffe(established relationship), where reader is a clone rights activist leader and Palpatine perceives them as a threat. Reader is kidnapped, and of course Wolffe and the Wolfpack will not stop until reader is safe in Wolffe's arms again. I have to have a happy ending because everyone deserves a happy ending damnit, and I'm that cliché haha😄 🤣. If it's not your jam or you have enough on your plate, no wries! Thanks in advance if you do though! 😃 😊

The air of Coruscant rushed through your lungs as your feet hit the roof of a building over and over and over, the rhythm only increasing your adrenaline. There was a figure behind you, a bounty hunter. His pace was increasing as he took long strides in an attempt to catch you.

Leaping to the next building, your grin dissolved when a speeder joined you. The Rodian bounty hunter driver swerved to block your path so you skidded around, only to be met with the edge of the roof.

Fear shot through your body as you scrambled away from the edge, only for an arm to wrap around you as a needle was stabbed straight into the skin of your neck, instantly knocking you unconscious.

-

When the black nothingness began to finally fade from your vision, you found yourself in a cell, hands bound. Of course, you knew what could happen as a result of your protesting, but you hadn’t thought they would send bounty hunters after you!

You sighed, leaning against the wall behind you.

Your boyfriend - Wolffe, a Clone - would no doubt be worried. He always was.

“Hello?!” You called out, shuffling to the ray shield in front of you. There was no one in sight.

As a Clone rights activist, you’d been in danger since the moment you turned up to your first protest. Death threats, mugging, stalking, even attempted murders had been issued against you by the cruel people who didn’t care about the people you fought for.

This was the third time you’d been kidnapped, but this time was definitely different.

Usually the kidnappings were by stupid, rude people who had no fighting or military experience. The first time had been a snobbish boy your age who wanted nothing more than an excuse to beat you senseless, but he’d easy enough to escape.

The second had been a pair of creepy Trandoshans, who hadn’t even kidnapped you for your activities. Instead, they’d just been weird kidnappers. It had been awfully fun to watch the light day from the tallest one’s eyes and the shorter’s face collapsed when he was thrown behind bars.

That was the day you’d met your future boyfriend and his brothers.

Turns out killing a man - even in self-defence - was quite the problem, so you and your fellow kidnapped mates ended up in trouble with the Republic. The only reason the Republic was involved was because one of the kidnapped was a Clone named Tempest.

Tempest was a sweet, shy guy you’d befriended when you’d been tossed into the van. He was a member of the Wolfpack and talked - or whispered, really - of his Commander with such strong admiration you’d had to meet the man.

And that’s how’d you’d met Wolffe, standing in a Republican medbay laughing with Tempest as a medic cleaned the huge gashes all over your skin.

Tempest was in worse condition, as he’d been M.I.A for approximately a month, which meant he’d been kidnapped for just as long. His skin was pale, covered in gashes, bruises and scars. He was frail, so frail that you could see most of his bones. So starved he looked skeletal. But he was still laughing and smiling.

You thought about your best friend with a smile, and then it turned to a grin as you thought of Wolffe.

He’d locked eyes with you as soon as you’d met, examining you carefully. He’d said something about how ‘it was a crime to kidnap such a pretty person.’ You’d blushed lightly before crying out as a medic applied to much pressure on a wound.

You’d started dating after roughly a month, fearing if you waited any longer Wolffe would turn up dead.

The grim nature of your surroundings rushed back to you as footsteps echoed down the corridor and one of the bounty hunters peered in to check you were still contained before departing.

You groaned, shuffling to lay on your side as the cold floor numbed the aching sensation in your neck. Your stomach growled, the acids burning the insides of your gut. Your throat was parched and dry, like someone had pointed a hairdryer on full-blast down your throat.

That’s how you felt most of the time in that cell, days passing with little water and no food.

On the eleventh day, salvation came in the form of a loud gunshot ringing through the corridors. You sat up abruptly, scrambling to the ray shield to investigate.

Through your odd angle of eyesight you caught a glimpse of familiar white armour, and hope surged through you. A cry fell from your lips, the first real sound you’d made in days. A figure rushed to help you and a single tear fell from your eye as you recognised the trooper.

“Sinker,” you breathed out, only to be immediately thrust into a coughing fit, raspy coughs echoing through your cell as Sinker opened the door. Even though his helmet was on, you could hear the smile in his voice.

“Hey, vod,” he greeted you as he reached down and pulled you up, heaving you to your feet. The Wolfpack - aside from Wolffe - all referred to you as their vod. “Let’s get you out of here.”

You tapped his side as he helped you walk and he glanced at you. You wordlessly mouthed, ‘Wolffe’ and he nodded. “He’s just out there.”

Sinker half-carried you outside of the house and towards the gunship. You glanced around you, examining the bog planet you were on. You’d had no idea where you were. Sitting in that cell, you could have been anywhere - Coruscant, Naboo, even in a ship. It didn’t matter much then, but it certainly mattered now.

It didn’t take much longer for the rest of the Wolfpack to exit the house, victorious shouts drifting to your ears. You were on the verge of sleep as you sat on the bench, but lifted your head in search of Wolffe.

And there he was, standing just outside the house, glancing around, helmet under his arm. Then, his eyes locked on your skeletal figure sat in the gunship and he broke into a run.

Cyar’ika,” he murmured as he reached your side, gazing down at you with a relieved smile. That smile was just for you and no one else. Wolffe closed his eyes in contentment as he placed a kiss to the top of your head, wrapping his arms around your torso, resting your forehead on his chest.

The other Clones cheered, before they were sent cowering at his glare. But Wolffe couldn’t be too mad as he scratched your scalp soothingly, basking in your presence. It didn’t take long for them to lift off and he remained there the entire time, even when you drifted into sleep at the lull of his heartbeat.

You slept in his barracks that night, on his bed whilst he slept half on the bed, half dangling off. He didn’t mind the awkward position he was in, just pleased that you were back in his arms, again.

A/N: I hope you enjoyed!!!!!!! Please, send requests!!!
