mdceleste: September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and it's an important reminder that cancer does not discriminate and is on the rise. While brilliant minds are working hard to unearth a cure, Ronald McDonald House New York provides around-the-clock care and support for kids and families who travel to NYC for treatment. It's a privilege to work with them to create some happy moments and special memories while they're far from home and battling unimaginable hardship. I want to thank Sebastian for always thinking of the kids and asking how he can help. Don has also gone above & beyond to help raise money and awareness for RMH-NY and last week they came out to spend a fun-filled day with the families. These are some of my favorite behind-the-scenes moments from our summer sundae event. The afternoon was filled with so much laughter and I can't thank them enough for their love, patience, time, and kindness. @rmhnewyork: Last week our families enjoyed a special surprise when actor @imsebastianstan and celebrity trainer @donsaladino joined us for a fun-filled afternoon on our terrace. Adding our own healthy twist on an ice cream sundae party, the kids made frozen acai bowls and Don and Sebastian happily jumped in to help serve all the delicious toppings!
