I’ve always thought the show should end with a long conversation between Arthur and Merlin. A face to face where they would say everything they have in heart and all their secrets would be revealed. Last episode is like that. Colin and I have been able to play all the different aspects of the relationship between these two men who are the best friends in the world, despite their differences. Those scenes are really emotional and for me, they were a way to say goodbye to Colin. I love this guy, even if on set I was constantly making fun of him or hitting him.
