i love watching someone lose their mind over daniel jackson. love love love watching it happen. like you can see the exact moment that their synapses get fried.

also i feel like we should do a study on this. like how much of it is a character thing vs how much of it is a michael shanks thing? is there anyone who got insane in the membrane over him in a role other than daniel? is there anyone who is unhinged about spader!jackson but only so-so on shanks!jackson?
