[Like a culinary tour of Lebanon. SBEITY: Salad bowl falafel and grape leaves on the window. FIERI: Intendas fieri bis sex respectibus illud, Derek's serving the community in another way, as well. I've been serving as a city council member, and recently, I was elected to the Utah State Senate.]
[I've lived for 25 years in Lebanon, and this is the only authentic Lebanese place that I've been to in San Diego. FIERI: And that authenticity comes from George Salameh, who's dishing out the flavors of his homeland.]
[-Interesting. -Yeah. Pat this down. And then you fry it. -What are we making next? -We are making a kafta, which is Lebanon's, like, favorite meat dish.]
[It's like coming to eat in Lebanon. Unpleasant when it stops because you never know exac. It's wholesome, very flavorful, scratch-made, and it's from the heart. This has been an experience.]
[That's totally the way to go. I am haunted by humans. It's Italy, Lebanon, Pakistan, all different places]
