I didn’t expect the last chibis to show up on the facebook TLC fan page, and I certainly didn’t expect all of the wonderful feedback. Here’s a quick one I did today of The Queen of the Bedsheet Lunar Republic and her diplomatic presence in the Eastern Commonwealth. Forgive my tiny writing.

Lunar Chronicles: Scarlet Benoit by ~BluePuppy1234 I’m so in love with this book-series Can’t wait for the third volume >.<

This is The Darkling for me.

Alina Sarkov from Shadow and Bone. Been meaning to do this for a while. Did a lot of research on their kefkas and just working out what she would look like. 

Spoilers: First sketch set is her in the beginning of the book, where her skin and features are less than beautiful and she is super self conscience from keeping her powers bottled up.  Second set is while she’s at the Little Palace and her skin is improving while she improves her powers—also her hair grows out from being there.  I imagine that while she’s on the run with Mal she cuts her hair again chin length to symbolize her returning to her old self out of the view of the grisha.

Next up is the Darkling. I had a hard time having a set image of him while I was reading it, so this will be interesting.

Oh wow! I just adore this. Whimsical, elegant, gorgeous <3 And I love all of the thought that went into Alina’s evolution (not to mention the details on her kefta).
