I stayed one hour on this spot on the roof just before the bloodbath mission just to take pictures. These are a selected few of the MANY I took. Just hoping on the idle animations and sheer luck. A Labour of love for these two. And they just pay me back with pain

I’m so normal about them.

I love them immensely and they hurt me just as much. I’m already 10k words along with a fic about them and how they met (Xerxes in not a canon rook, just an extra member of the veilguard )

I am a firm believer that Illario regretted selling out his cousin, his brother.

The way he reacts when he finds out Lucanis is alive, how he's mad that Caterina didn't tell him... To me it's because his regret consumed him for all the year lucanis was imprisoned. And Zara totally manipulated him using his regret.

If he had known Lucanis was alive he WOULD'VE broke into that prison alone and probably die Tring to save him.

You cannot tell me he didn't destroy himself with alcohol while spiraling in grief, regret and past trauma.

Illario loved Lucanis. He was his only family.

He made a stupid choice and he would've JUMPED at the possibility to rectify it.

I sadly have to split this in two part as it exceeds the limit.

This is a self serving Rook X Solas work. I am no comic artist nor a writer but I've always loved the epilogue slides at the end of Trespasser so I wanted to give it a go.

I might do some more slides that cover the more major events in the game leading to the end.
