Hey everyone, My name is Brandon, and welcome to my blog! I use this blog as a canvas to vent anything that is interesting me at the time, and as a tool to help myself and other people in my journey to stay healthy, and loose weight if needed. When I started this blog a few years ago, I weighed 198 pounds, was extremely out of shape, and my goal weight was 155. I now weigh 164, and I am an avid hiker, and love trying new ways to stay healthy, exercise and spend time outdoors. I hope to reach my goal weight this year, and am very happy with my current lifestyle. Upper Body Circuit

Chest Press, Seated Row, Shoulder Press, Fixed Pull Down, Bicep Curl, Tricep extension, Elliptical, and stair Climber.

Lower Body Circuit

Abs, Leg extension, Leg Curl, Leg Press, Calf Extension, Stair Climber, Elliptical.
