Hey everyone, My name is Brandon, and welcome to my blog! I use this blog as a canvas to vent anything that is interesting me at the time, and as a tool to help myself and other people in my journey to stay healthy, and loose weight if needed. When I started this blog a few years ago, I weighed 198 pounds, was extremely out of shape, and my goal weight was 155. I now weigh 164, and I am an avid hiker, and love trying new ways to stay healthy, exercise and spend time outdoors. I hope to reach my goal weight this year, and am very happy with my current lifestyle. Hey everyone! I will be participating in the 48 Peaks Hiking Challenge to help the fight against Alzheimers

On June 10th-12th the 48 peaks challenge will begin. The goal is to have multiple teams hike to the summit of all 48, 4000 foot mountains in NH and MA. My team will be participating from June 11th-12th. The goal is to have a difficult, yet fun time, and to raise money towards awareness, and a cure.
