The wedding of River Song Alex Kingston!
"Stay calm. I. . . I might have just started my heat."
“Here, Now?” He looked around desperately before ducking his head so that his blushing would hopefully not be noticed by the others in the room. “It’s your little brother’s christening.” He hissed as if River didn’t know where they were.
“Time machine, Pond. Promise we won’t be late, but I’ve just gotten an urgent message from-from-from KLOM! Yes, they need us both on Klom, with no time to waste, right River?” The Doctor was the actual worst at lying, he didn’t even need to give an explanation in the first place.
“Yes. Klom. We’ll back. Promise.” She kissed Amy and then Rory on the cheek, then pulled the Doctor out of the church, back into the blue box they often called home. “God, you’re a shit liar,” she murmured.
“That is rude, I am a great liar. I lie all the time. I’m a universally renowned liar.” He flipped a few switches, the TARDIS groaning as she dematerialized. “Now, lets get some suppressants in you. You’ll be good as new.”
“Doctor…” she whispered, moving up behind him and wrapping her arms around his waist. “Do you think it will work when I’m this far into my heat?” Her hands moved to pull his jacket down his arms.
The Doctor jumped at River touching him and he was quick move away from here, going to the other side of the console. “Yes, yes I think it will work.”
“Oh, but I don’t want the suppressants,” she whined, pouting a little as leaned forward over the console a bit. “Please, Alpha?” She only ever called him that in the peak of her heat.
He wavered a time bit before shaking his head. “No, absolutely not. No babies. You and I have made a lot of enemies. It’s not practical or safe. Not to mention, I don’t do babies.”
"I suppose we're both disappointments."
AGE OF ULTRON SENTENCE MEME
“At least we can be disappointin’ fathers together.”
“Not me, I don’t do...babies. S’pose River already knows that though.”

I’ll wait.

He nearly yelped when River dug her nails into his skin. “Okay, so… plan…” Before he had the chance to get the words out they were summoning him up to the front of the church. The Doctor gulped, putting on an ‘everything is fine’ face as he walked up to the front, scratching his neck nervously and keeping his head ducked low.
She stayed put, watching as her mother and father held her little brother, watching her husband take on the role of his godfather. She was happy for them, really, she was, but it was so difficult to focus when all she could think about was her husband, her Alpha, bending her over and taking her, ensuring he impregnated her. She had to bite back a moan as she imagined it, shifting again to try and ease the ache.
He supposed his hundreds of years of celibacy were finally coming to good use. He thought of everything he could that wasn’t his mate, his Omega, being ready for his seed. If he was honest, this was a bit below him, feeling like he was going to cave to carnal urges so easily.
Finally…finally the ceremony drew to a close. River knew there would be a party at the house later for family and close friends, and she knew she would be expected, but she didn’t think she could make it through the service and the party. Moving quickly to get in front of the crowd, she grabbed the Doctor’s hand, smiling pleasantly at her family and kissing her little brother’s damp head. “Mum, I know there’s the party at the house, but I promise we’ll be back. Something’s come up.” She looked at Amy, silently begging her to be understanding, hoping she wouldn’t ask for an explanation.

“I can’t leave. I’m the bloody God Father.” He dared to look towards the front, they’d be doing the baptism here soon, little Vincent will cry because no one likes having their head dipped into water, especially infants. Then he could leave. He could do this. He’d stared death itself in the eyes, what were a few hormones.
River couldn’t help squirming in her seat, leaning to whisper in her husband’s ear “It’s worse than it used to be…” Her hand gripped his, nails digging into his skin. She wanted to badly to drag him back to the TARDIS and beg him to take her, to put a baby inside of her. The suppresants were supposed to help, but only when she actually took them.

“I know,” she hissed, squeezing his hand. “I can’t bloody help it, you know that.” She tried to keep her face calm, even as she pressed her legs together tightly.
“What happened to the suppressants I gave you?” The Doctor tried desperately to keep his voice hushed, his face growing redder by the second, he was scanning the church with his eyes. There had to be an exit.
“There’s a side exit. You might be able to sneak out. But I can’t leave. Not yet. Besides, you’re the only one it affects.” She tactfully avoided mentioning that she’d misplaced the suppressants a few weeks ago.
