Yes. When we said no AI, we meant no generative AI. Using spelling/grammar checkers is fine considering that they change mechanics rather than write for you.

We used quotations to indicate dialogue, but you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to! Your interpretation of the prompts is up to you.

Hi! So what we really aren't allowing here is blatant depictions of abuse or domestic violence. We understand that certain pairings are naturally toxic regardless of the prompt you're writing for and we don't want to limit the event to those who write for those ships.

From my understanding here, it doesn't sound like you'll be writing anything centered around or focused on abuse but if it does cross that line, we ask that you don't associate those fics with us just to keep the event safe.

I know that this is a pretty broad answer it can be sort of hard to give a specific answer without additional context, but please feel free to message one of us if this doesn't clear things up enough.

I am going to answer this as respectfully and clearly as I can.

We created our event to be sfw because we want it to be open to minors. There is no other reason, we just want to create a safe space for those under 18 who may wish to participate. Nowhere have we stated directly or indirectly that chronically ill people can’t have sex, nor is that idea reflected by our individual blogs as you are correct, it is ableist.

Since this is an event page rather than a personal blog I will not be getting into morals, but I will again say this:

No one is stopping you from using these prompts to create nsfw content. We just ask that you keep it out of the feveruary tags and mentions so that we can shield minors from potentially sexually explicit material.

Thats up to you! The way we thought of it was a character who’s typically the one looking after somone getting sick for once.

But like all prompts, its open to interpretation, so absolutely you could do a medic getting sick after taking care of someone :D

We’ll create a more in depth on how to submit your work through here closer to the time if you’re posting through tumblr but we also have an ao3 collection which you can submit your work too if you post on there!

There’s no pressure to post exactly on time! We’ll be posting the submissions made here on the day but the Ao3 collection is open for any to be submitted at any time :)

Essentially if you don’t like one of the 28 prompts, you can swap one out for an alternate! It gives people a little bit more flexibility and creativity! :D
