Kim Dokja on a page
An artwork I made a while back of Kim Dokja, from Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. The page I used was from the Grimm fairytale Rapunzel, in German. The specific scene I chose was to contradict the type of character Kim Dokja is, specifically in regard to his nature of self-sacrificing and how that can be viewed as caring. The Rapunzel extract is one of selfishness, contradicting with the personality and nature we as readers perceive of Dokja.
For this piece, I used that page, sumi ink (a fine Japanese ink, typically used for calligraphy), and markers.
