I’m not attached to things, I don’t have that ambitious thing that most actors my age have. They go from job to job, and when I’m filming with them, and we’ve just started filming, they’re like, ‘Oh, so what are you doing next?’ And I’m like, ‘What am I doing next? Just taking some time off!’

It’s been a year since this crazy talented man became a Golden Globe winner and took home the Best Supporting Actor award for his performance as Ray Marcus in Nocturnal Animals. 

I can understand why rock stars are rock stars and why they play in front of people because the buzz that you get is insane. It’s probably the same as when you do something on stage and you work off the audience. The buzz you get when you’re playing a song and everyone is screaming and dancing and what have you and singing along is incredible.

I don’t really know what the dream role would be. That’s a hard question to answer. You never really know, until you’re immersed into something, how passionate you feel for it and how it unravels.
