• Keith and Acxa consider any time that they spend together a date. Neither is big on PDA but Keith becomes a complete soppy mess if Acxa even touches him accidently. Everyone teases him.
• The first time Keith took Acxa out, he took her to a restaurant he used to go to with his dad. He put in a lot of effort with flowers, booking the best table – the one that looks out to the sea – and he even asked the owner to play romantic music.
• Acxa really appreciated the effort and was surprised by the lengths Keith went to. (And honestly, Keith surprised himself.)
• But the food. For her, it tasted like vomit and she was sick halfway through forcing herself to eat it with a smile-cringe on her face.
• Afterwards, Keith banged his head against a wall until Shiro pulled him away.
• The dates are more casual after that. They have a lot of movie-nights, both lying on the couch in the Kogane household.
• Keith keeps glancing at Acxa, itching to put an arm around or just something but this kid has no idea how to make a move. Acxa notices and lays her head on his shoulder and Keith eventually plucks up the courage to awkwardly wrap an arm around her.
• Keith isn’t much of a movie person unless it’s psychological thriller.
• Acxa loves movies from every genre. Her favourites are musicals. They’re like nothing she’s ever seen before and she loves the songs. Disney movies are her favourites. Keith hates musicals with a burning passion but he will watch with Acxa just so he could hold her and watch her face light up.
• One day, Acxa sings ‘Defying Gravity’ to herself quietly when she thinks she’s alone but Keith is listening from the door. As soon as Acxa sees him, she stops singing and denies ever singing.
•  They like outdoor activities but things like abseiling, rock-climbing and skydiving are literally nothing compared to some of the things they’ve done while fighting the Galra. Still, they do them for the sake of doing things together.
• Keith takes Acxa to Build-an-Alien and gets angry because they don’t have any that look like her. So he makes her a blue bear while muttering, “It is going to be fucking beautiful.”
• Acxa watches in amusement as her boyfriend tries so hard. She keeps the bear on her ship’s dash and takes it everywhere she goes in the universe, even if Keith is with her.
• She gives him a little Marmoran and Keith treasures it more than his blade. He gets grumpy when the others tease him if they catch him staring at it. But he doesn’t stop being sentimental on the inside.
•  They go on double dates with Lance and Allura. Allura often carts Acxa off because both like having female company once in a while. They leave Lance and Keith. Both boys are salty. Eventually they get over it and are just happy their girlfriends are having fun.
• Once, Keith and Acxa land on an ice planet to replenish supplies after a mission from the Blades. Both are stressed and tired. Keith throws a ball of snow so badly that it flies off course and smashes into Acxa’s head. She slowly turns around with murder in her eyes.
• Keith knows he’s fucked.
• Naturally an intense snowball war ensues.
• Balls fly through the air and battle cries echo. People from nearby supply post comes out with weapons only to find the two of them soaked to the bones, armful of snow and hands raised, ready to fling the snowballs.
• It’s the most fun they’ve had in weeks. Right after they shower, they cuddle up in the cockpit of their ship, wrapped in a dozen blankets + whatever other fabric they could find.
• While they’re on that planet, Acxa wants to ice-skate because she hasn’t in forever. Keith refuses to step foot on ice and wouldn’t tell her why but Acxa figures that Keith can’t ice-skate.
• So of course, Acxa teaches him and he sucks. At first he tries. But he likes having Acxa’s arms around him so much that he just becomes useless and clings onto her.
• Finally she pushes him off in the middle of the ice sheet and skates away. Keith sulks but Acxa skates merrily with no intention of helping the big baby.
• They go to amusement parks often. Both like the scary rides because they give them the exhilaration without actually being close to death.  
• Acxa whoops and laughs as the rollercoaster dips from the highest point. Her laughter warms Keith’s heart and he insists on going again and again just to hear it.
• They spend hours on bumper cars chasing each other around. But as soon as some other insignificant person bumps into either of them, it is on. (Both wish they had laser guns on the cars.)
• In the evening, they go on the Ferris wheel to watch the sunset as stars appear one by one. At the top, they would always kiss as per tradition (this is how their first kiss went) and sigh in content.
• Laser tag with the rest of the paladins and some MFE fighters. No one likes Keith and Acxa on the same team because the team with both of them will almost always be the winning team.
• Lance: “No. No no no no no. Acxa, you’re with me. Keith, go join Griffin’s team.”
• This keeps the game interesting because Keith and Acxa are competitive as hell. There’s also the rule that the loser has to wash Kosmo for a month. That wolf hates baths but loves mud.
• Heck, these two even consider their BOM assignments as dates.
• Often, Keith pilots and lays covering fire while Acxa infiltrates to take down problem Galra bases from the inside.
• If one ever has to save the other’s ass:
• “I had it.” “I know you did.” *begrudging growl*
• Their pep talk to each other if they need to separate: “Give them hell.”
• They walk off afterwards like the badasses they are as buildings burn and explode behind them. One of the other Blades that had to third-wheel in the mission took a picture and it is majestic as hell.
• Rain. Just rain. Acxa didn’t get many chances to enjoy the rain and she takes every opportunity to do so.
• She just sits with Keith inside or on the porch and watches the rain fall. It calms her.
• But she hates going out in it because it’s wet and cold and everything sticks to her. Keith drags her out, kind of as payback for making him watch musicals. Seeing him fool around with his guard down and living in the moment makes Acxa despite the wetness less, even if Keith jumps in puddles to splash her.
• And of course, they end up kissing because both are soaked and it’s a mixture of hot and cute and they think they’re alone. (Krolia smiles from the window.)
• [After a couple of months of toeing the boundaries of physical affection, both discover that they love it and when they’re alone, they’re almost inseparable.]
• Stargazing is a must and they do it often. They lie down on a blanket on the back of a ute, drawing pictures in the stars.
• Sometimes Acxa tells stories about places she’d been and Keith hangs onto every word, silently making the promise to take her to the places she speaks fondly of.
• Sometimes they get lost in their own thoughts and that’s okay. Acxa’s hand rests on Keith’s chest and his fingers draw patterns on her hips. Both are happy exactly where they are.
• Most of the time, they just can’t believe all they’ve been through, how far they’ve come and are simply grateful to the chance to be with each other at all.
• Keith and Acxa would destroy worlds for each other and endure everything all over again.

LET ME POINT OUT OF THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS SCENE:

Here, Captain America - a hero in this film - is standing still while three other kinds of heroes, rush around to do thier job. (this is in no way bashing Cap, he is simply standing still at this moment, most likely in shock/fatigue). A soldier, a BLACK COP and two firemen. While American’s super soldier is immobilized, our every day heroes are still fighting to ensure safety and peace. The fact that Marvel created this moment in thier film, a film focused on the heroes, speaks yet again to thier message that you don’t have to be a super, to be super.
