I didn't realize it at the time, but I pitched this ideas back on ME2 as well. One day we'll get a mission to steal your ship back. Mark my words" Image 6 caption: "Isabela found a ship for you! Mass Effect: The Official Cocktail Book (Part 2 of 2)

Drink, food, and other lore blurbs from this book. (The book also contains the associated real-world recipes and photography thereof. This post only contains the in-world lore segments).

this post is Part 2 of 2. Rest of post is under a cut due to length. [Link to Part 1]

After Pathfinder Ryder successfully stabilized the Remnant vault on Havarl, I was eager to assist with our fledgling alliance. So, I proposed that I update this fabulous tome with recipes concocted and collected from across Andromeda, from colonists and indigenous alike, that we may further link our two galaxies in a gesture of friendship and cooperation.

This is an excerpt from the Mass Effect cocktail book written in-world by an angara at a timepoint after the Andromeda Initiative got to Andromeda. the passages are about food/drink exchange between Milky Way species and angara, and "linking our two galaxies" is about the relationship between Milky Way species who are in Andromeda and angara, but I also can't help but be reminded of the oft fan-theorized idea/speculation that a future Mass Effect game might involve somehow bridging the stories of the MET and ME:A or else somehow more physically/literally linking the actual Milky Way and the Andromeda galaxies.

edit/update: the in-world blurb about the writer also has this idea:

Roa has spent time among the Andromeda Initiative's archives and is most passionate about extending a spirit of friendship and cooperation across galaxies.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard references to the spinoff game of all time (OF ALL TIME):

Note: Seneschal's Notebook

"Seneschal's Notebook Recent Acquisitions: —24 goblets of Serault glass. —A landscape by Lapaglia. —An antique bronze whistle (courtesy of the young master) with an old Tevene inscription: "QUIS EST ISTE QUI UENIT." Young lady Felicity tried the whistle. Peculiar sound. Her brother continues his dig, and is certain he's found an ancestral ruin. Last night he claimed to see a figure by the cliffs. The huntsman will investigate."

and

Winged Locus [a Neve weapon] This winged staff uses a focus cut from Serault-infused glass for an optimal magical conduit.

AAAAAAAAA

forget all the lore reveals, forget romance. Serault my beloved
