leaves their dirty clothes on the floorBucky, definitely. Sam has a little bit of a germaphobe issue. (Only part of that is his history of being an evac medic) That and “dirty clothes don’t go on the floor, dammit!”
forgets to run the dish washerProbably Bucky but Sam doesn’t hold any ill feelings towards him for it. He’ll run it after he discovers it, groans and then tell Bucky to go take out the trash for being forgetful.
pumps gas for the carBucky. For one thing, Sam almost always doesn’t care to fill it up until it’s flashing ‘empty’ at him, which Buck kind of just picks up the habit of refilling it whenever it gets low or have a chance to. Sometimes with Sam’s card.
That and Sam sometimes forgets about the car because he keeps his wings power filled at maxium.
drives when they’re going somewhereThey take turns but mostly Sam. They don’t talk about how one time someone ripped the steering wheel out through the windshield but Sam isn’t above using “remember that time you almost punched a hole through the left side because of a shitty traffic jam? Yeah, you’re not driving my car again anytime soon.” Besides, he likes taking charge of where they’re going…most of the time.
rearranges the furnitureBucky. Sam places furniture in a way to have a calming atmosphere. It’s a zen thing. Bucky doesn’t give a crap about that mumble jumble. Or so he’ll say aloud but he actually does care and will probably put it back where he found it unless he’s doing it to annoy Sam on purpose.
falls asleep with the TV onBucky. Sam doesn’t have a TV in his bedroom so he’ll turn it off and actually go to bed when he gets sleepy. Bucky’ll sleep anywhere he feels safe, including Sam’s living room.
gets to use the bathroom firstUh.. both? Sam has two bathrooms at his place.
decides the temperature for the ac/heaterSam. He’s more picky about what the ‘comfortable’ temperature is than Bucky and Bucky doesn’t actually care enough to adjust it; he’d just go put on or take off layers. Or burrow himself into a blanket burrito.. which Sam would unwrap and squeeze in after seeing him in one.
sets up holiday decorationsBoth. Sam gets the lights on the edge of the roof while Bucky sets up lights on the porch. They make their own ornaments to hang on the tree. And make ornaments of their friends and invite them over for the party.

leaves the lights onNeither. Sam does it to not waste electricity. Bucky likes darker places.
uses the bathroom with the door openUh.. Both..when they need to take a piss..? I mean, they’ve shared more with each other that hearing the other piss isn’t gonna bother either of them..? More private when they’re doing the other thing, probably.
fixes the plumbing (or calls the plumber)Sam. Until Bucky learns what the heck you do to fix these things. It’s mostly Bucky’s hair that’d be clogging up the drain, anyway. oop.
