In Apo event, Mordred calls Achilles a “carrot” then he shouts when hearing that nickname. The joke was made by Konoe himself since post-release Vol.3 when he finally realized Achilles has green hair and orange scarf after his fans point out of Achilles’s design. The carrot joke has been officially acknowledged when Mordred says that. (reddit)
