There are other characters than Gilgamesh in fate, you know. Ozymandias and Lucius do have their own personalities. Also, pretty sure their devotion to gods would be non-existant if they wanted to be Gilgamesh.

Please continue to preach. If they were Gil, they'd be constantly insulting their gods. The amount of praise Ozy has for himself as an incarnation of Ra is something Gil can never achieve.

Gil doesn't want to achieve that level of reverence. We don't talk divinity to him.

Meanwhile, Lucius is like "I AM STRENGTH. I AM POWER. I AM GOD!"

Someone that wanted to be Gilgamesh would not hype themselves up like this regularly.
