remember when Shirou and Semiramis were living out their last moments in the sunrise before they died and she asked him if he had planned to continue deceiving her and he says with the most genuine and honest expression that he was going to apologize to her and starts to say what he would have done if she did not accept his apologize, and she says “you were going to kill me?” and he gives her this sad smile and goes “no way, i would have offered you my life”
AND THEN he lifts up his hand to touch her face and she grabs it and holds it to her cheek and Shirou says “Thank God I was able to meet you, it was truly a blessing” and with that he gives his final breath and his hand starts to slip out of hers but she catches it again and puts it back to her face and pets his hair as he dies and recalls that out of all the people in her life he was the only one to truly believe in her and ask only for her strength and to fight by his side
