The Greatest Showman and Supernatural
Last weekend I watch the movie “The Greatest Showman” together with @faramaiofnerdwoodforest and I’m really really impressed of the beauty of this movie. I soon realized that it has a lot in common with the campaigns of our beloved Supernatural actors.
Always keep fighting, you are not alone, love yourself are the main statements of the movie.
First I thought it was just a musical bio pic of P.T. Barnum (played by an astonishing Hugh Jackman). Although P.T. Barnum and his invention of “Showbusiness” the movie is quite more and a portrait of Barnum.
It shows the beauty of being different and unique. It shows that everyone is important and strong and everyone needs to be loved and accepted.
There will always be parts of the society, who will marginalize you. They always does and always will do. That’s what society is. Digging in the gardens of others to hide their own flaws.
The movie shows, that you have to learn to accept yourself and love yourself. You have to accept that you have flaws, too. But you have uncountable things you are good in, you are loved for and you are accepted for.
So follow your dreams and always keep fighting.
A funny remark at the end. I could hold back to think about @whelvenwings circus scene in Castle on a cloud. I think the scene between ZAc Efron and Zendaya at the trapeze could have been originally written by whelvenwings. THis would have been so *awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww* to see Cas and Dean like that.
Yes Yes Yes to all @beyond-the-nights-world said! Since watching this movie I can`t stop thinking about SPN familiy singing these amazing songs together at conventions during karaoke.
