Day 30: Family, based on stills from this video. I’d like to propose a new gen ship, Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad & Vlad.  The Photoshop artist Danny hired to make the Vlad collage was very confused. He paid them extra.

In canon, Danny and Vlad were never that secretive about their hate for it each other, at least not when Danny is Phantom

So imagine the people just watching their Mayor and their hero starting fights over nothing and just getting used to the same old crap

Honestly Danny and Vlad’s rivalry is so funny and confusing from the outside. You have the shrimpy little Fenton boy who is apparently too weak to tell his bully to step off but he sure has no problem getting in the face of billionaire Vlad Masters and threatening with pure venom dripping from every word. Meanwhile, you have Vlad who is a grown-ass adult, trading threats with a child right back but in a patronizing and almost possessive way. The ease at which they interact says this is deep, longstanding feud which what would a lanky teen and a rich asshole who lives several states away have to fight about??

On a completely separate and unrelated note, it’s also confusing and a bit sad to see the intense hatred between town hero Danny Phantom and that vampire ghost from Wisconsin. Phantom is usually so light hearted and accommodating but with Plasmius he’s just full of disgust and rage with notes of fear hidden beneath it all. And Plasmius just smirks and tosses the boy around, telling him something that’s clearly upsetting to the child. Powerful ghosts or not, an adult shouldn’t fight and frighten a child so, much less one who is pretty popular.
