Lady Luck: Cayde's Monster

Di waited patiently, closer...closer. She swung down, her legs keeping her secure to the landing above as Cayde returned to his usual place in thr hanger, distracted by a map in his hands.

"Boohyah!" she bellowed in her best Shaxx impression, making Cayde jump in shock, map ripping down the middle as she cackled in hysteric laughter. The workers in the hanger joined in on the joke, laughing and clapping as Cayde sighed heavily and dipped his head.

"hows it feel!" one worker yelled

"butt of your own joke now hunter!" another bellowed.

Cayde looked to Amanda Holiday who was leaning heavily on the sparrow she was tuning, laughing so hard it was shaking in the rig.

"Taught her, too well, didya Cayde?" She asked between laughs as Di dropped from the cage, bopping Cayde on his horn as she ran past, making him look up and watch. As quick as the fabeled Gazelles from the Before, she ran up the steps and vanished around a corner.

"I've made a mosnster." cayde said softly, looking down at the map pieces in his hands.
