my first dnd campaign that i ever dm'd is ending tomorrow, with a BANG
okay so the main BBEG is a man named Caral'iamel (i call him caramel because damn what a mouthful) who is also a sentient star. he has a lot of problems, which we don't have time to get into, but know that he and his sibling stars were all lab experiments that got discarded when they weren't perfect specimens, into basically a hell dimension
caramel's backstory is NOT the point of this post, the point of this post is to explain to you what the end finale boss fight mechanics are, and to explain that i made all of this before i knew who sephiroth is.
okay so caramel is going start the combat off by summoning a meteor and hitting the earth with it. so that he can extract the energy of the planet release by the collision to use for his own purposes.
i must reiterate: i made all of this before i knew anything about sephiroth.
and yes caramel is a long-haired pretty man who was a maltreated lab experiment and is associated with fire and burning
