Can we take a second to talk about the cinematic parallels here?

Because it's not just the repetition of the angel motif, it's the filming angles and the colors. And the first scene, with Moriarty, is shot from above, looking down on the ground, and all dark colors. And then you have Sherlock later, shot from below, all sky and light and brightness.

And no matter what he says about not being an angel, no devil would jump off that rooftop to save his friends.

I wrote "We Believe in Sherlock Holmes" on my dorm window.
