i'm sooo mad that celsius has gradually begun to replace other energy drink options in convenience stores etc because (a) ugly cans (b) tastes ok but has a hint of lead (c) has big text that says 'Accelerates Metabolism / Burns Fat' on it

Got off a video call with my grandma. Asked her what sort of American foods she was enjoying (my dad flew her in from Korea and she's staying with him in Phoenix rn). She said most of the food isn't too impressive but she's addicted to a specific candy, and when she held up a bag of Werther's Originals I started howling

they had $3.99 whole turkey as a loss leader so we just ate entire turkey dinner at like midnight after J made all the parts. dissect the turkey afterward for soup and be sure to thank it for its life
