Here’s a little tip I learned awhile ago for quick, on-the-go magic! When you make tea, coffee, or similar drinks, draw a sigil, rune, or other symbol of your intent on the inside bottom of the cup. You can draw it with honey or flavored syrup, and then as you pour in the drink, think about your intent while the liquid mixes with the symbol. If you’d like, you can then stir clockwise or counterclockwise, depending on your intent (CW for attracting, CCW for dispelling/banishing).

If you buy your coffee/tea to-go from a shop, you can still stir in the same fashion, or even use a marker to draw on the outside/underside of the cup.
