Yule Protection / Good Luck Charm

For this one, I placed the following items in a sachet:

- sprigs of rosemary, lavender, sage, and a berry from a holly tree (all from my garden)

- clementine peel

- evil eye bead (given by a friend)

- a purpose-made sigil

- a sprinkle of ash from last year's first-burnt Yule log

I then said a spell and sealed the sachet.

Anti-Anxiety Sachet:

Needed

  • pink salt - calmness 
  • rosemary - healthy rest 
  • cinnamon sticks - peace 
  • amethyst - peace 
  • rose quartz - contentment and peace 
  • howlite - stress relief 
  • jasper - tranquility

1. Gather ingredients  2. Practice some deep breathing 3. One at a time place ingredients inside the pouch (begin with the salt and rosemary) (Place as many cinnamon sticks in as your like, i just wanted three) 4. Continue deep breathing as you do so  5. When you’re done if you like you can practice some meditation  6. Carry the sachet with you or keep in bedroom
