Why doesnt Gege tell us anything about Utahime? Like literally nothing. He acts like she isnt even included in the anime. But also proceeds to give us arcs where she's who he trusts more than anyone. Also him teasing her for the past 10 years. Either Gege's playing us all or he actually has something in mine like he had with maki but he's stalling it to see how people take it.
He keeps on saying Gojo isnt the dating type but give us tropes with Utahime that separate her from the rest. As much as people like to say they 'hate each other or that Gojo bullies her because hes an arse' I dont see that dynamic. They do care about each other and are pals because Im sure if Gojo were an arse to her Utahime wouldnt let him get away with it and wouldnt help him out like she did.
Im glad there are other people who see this ship for what it is and if Mappa ships it too we'll most likely be getting more scenes because Im sure at this point they're a very popular ship and make sense. I pray Gege doesnt kill them both
Maannn, I wish I know the answer why Gege is putting a lot of details around Utahime but it’s so vague we basically cant see sh*t hahahaha. I would also like to believe Uta’s gonna get some arc like Maki’s. Maybe not as grand as that but hmmm.. just something like that. I think Uta is a pretty well established character just to be set aside as many think she will be. I kinda think this will also revolve around Momo’s speech about women’s scar on their faces in the Jujutsu world. Idk but Utahime literally popped in my head when she was talking about that in s1. I know she was talking about Mai and Nobara in that but during that time, only Utahime was the only known woman with scar on her face. Idk idk maybe I’m thinking too much about this but also....maybe gege was onto something with that.
And omg right? Idk how people see Gojo teasing Utahime as genuine hate when we can actually see them talk around like actual adults with a sprinkle of teasing every now and then. They’re really just like that and I think it’s cute af ahahah.
