if i had written jason i wouldn't have made him attack tim to like. prove he could handle himself or whatever. i would have made him try to steal tim from the get go. it would have been a process of jason putting his best foot forward to be better than bruce in literally every capacity and that means stealing his robin. or at least trying. jason would have no idea tim is enacting his own 65 step plan of bringing jason home

i hope to have as many people show up as possible without it being too crazy!! even if they don't meet peter directly they will be mentioned. rn im thinking of having a focus on dami and peter's generation (because dami seriously needs to be allowed to have hero friends his age), but peter will also be meeting quite a few many people on the older gens (i.e. Clark, Diana, etc in Bruce's gen, and then as many of Dick's friends as I can realistically have him meet)

okay guys i think it's poll time!!

i want to do something for the Halloween AU, not just character design sheets... however, i can't decide WHAT to do.

on one hand, i could write a one shot, and this could be the start of "holiday" one shots or au one shots for LoF? i plan on doing that anyway, but it feels awkward to start with the Halloween AU for some reason, so i'm a little hesitant. on the other hand, if i go and do a drawing, i'm struggling to figure out what to draw exactly. i want to get it done before Halloween but life might get in the way so i don't want it to be too big that i don't get it done yknow? (the character design sheets took me 9 hours...)

oh 100000% malleus would be their friend. the batfam sees the wildest shit every day of their lives and malleus wouldn't even make top ten. "oh you're a magical dragon wizard prince from an alternate dimension? why would anyone be scared of you?" (said so seriously). and with peter he has an innate ability to make friends with people so quickly once they pass a vibe check. their first conversation would be peter being like "ok but can you turn into a dragon cause that would be sick as fuck. what? no im not scared. you should turn into a dragon. ugh why would i be scared of you? i stick to walls, my guy. huh? did no one tell you i can do that? holy shit this is about to be so fun i'll show you my tricks and then you turn into a dragon."

just saw a post that reminded me that Jury Duty exists and it reminded me of a dream I had where the Batfam (+ Peter because it was LoF I guess) were on a show that was sort of like that, but mixed with Impractical Jokers. I'm pretty sure they were tricking Bruce which made it that much funnier. I think it was like. Bruce thought they were filming for a documentary about the people of Gotham and why people continue to live there, and his family being involved in so many different parts of the city they were interviewed a lot and showed up so often. Except like during the month that they were filming, increasingly bizarre things kept happening. The kids would pretend to be involved in so many more things than they actually were. "Why does Tim own several tattoo shops" and "why is Jason friends with every manager of Party City" and stuff like that. But the point was to see when Bruce would break/really react to something because he's so "easy going" in the eyes of the public. So there was also pranks like you'd see on Impractical Jokers and Bruce would just be like "this is Gotham" to all of them, but they kept getting weirder and the kids kept upping the stakes. Peter and Tim were planning to shoot Peter out of a cannon into a pool while Bruce talked about the community center they were building and I woke up before I could see the end of that

i never posted these Ben AU drawings here and i've seen a few asks wondering about it so... here's a little synopsis i wrote for myself as a potential description later when I post it (because i don't wanna spoil it):

"There's a new boy in Damian's class. He's charming, if it bit awkward. He's just as clever as he is smart mouthed, and he's popular with their classmates. What's worse is that Benjamin Fitzpatrick lives next door in the old Drake Manor and Damian's family are convinced that Ben could be a good friend of his one day. Like that would ever happen.

Luckily for Damian, they're all more focused on the fact that there are two new vigilantes in Gotham acting like they own the place.

Unluckily, everything goes to shit when Ben starts acting strange and sickly, Spider-Man disappears just when they were getting close to him, and Damian learns that Ben's real name might not actually be Ben. Did he mention that Ben might be his older brother's clone?"

my dream job is to write a cartoon show for the batfam (and other misc characters). twenty five episodes per season, a coherent storyline of events that lead up into an overarching storyline throughout the show, proper character development for everyone as they enter the show that doesn't get stomped on for no reason, beautiful art, encapsulating the weird quirks of Gotham and the cast,,,,

dick is absolutely murderous in chapter 15, yeah. the other Bats are somewhat aware of peter's past the way that steph is, and they all feel the same way. bruce is likely the only one that wouldn't murder, but he, like all the others, know there are worse fates than death :)
