should the current Tumblr Sexyman poll trends hold, the final match will be between Sans and Cecil. I understand why Sans has made it to the end. but I also feel like the TRUE final Tumblr Sexyman match should be Once-ler vs Cecil

and in that match, I believe Cecil would have to win

it took me QUITE some time to learn that Cecil didn't actually have a canonical appearance. idk if he has one now, but when WTNV was first bursting onto the scene, he certainly didn't. and yet I saw SO MUCH FANART of him that I accepted he had a canonical appearance. it helped that people seemed to have hiveminded his appearance for the most part.

this man had (and still has!) so much fanart and he was just a VOICE.

(this line of reasoning is also why Cecil should beat Sans, should that be the final match-up. also, while I saw a lot of Sans on my dash when Undertale first got big, I think I rarely saw Sexyman Sans, which is saying something bc some of my mutuals are thirsty af and like all of the ones I had in 2015 were big into Undertale. but I saw plenty of sexyman fanart of Cecil. the disparity of distribution of Sexyman Sans vs Sexyman Cecil is undoubtedly a factor in why I think Cecil channels the sexyman spirit more, but the main thing is what I said about him beating Once-ler)
