i promise you there are questions you can ask of an author that are NOT "what's this character's favorite color". like about the development, the writing process, other projects i've done, and yes, about MY favorite color!!!!! (it's currently a warm yellow)

to explain more about why im not a fan of those questions though.

those types of questions ARE super interesting to think about when you're in the middle of development! this feeds into what you want your characters to grow to be! i very much want those questions to be asked about my new characters once i reveal more about my next project, because it IS extremely fun to think about those!!!!! i DO wanna think about my character's favorite color, because how does this inform their character??? a warm color, a cold one? do they even have a favorite color, or do they not care, or think themselves above it??? it's characterization and it's FUN AS HELL

however. i have finished writing ISAT close to two years ago now. i've said everything i wanted to say. there is nothing i want to add to those characters, to this story. quite honestly, at this point, i have done my job. i love those characters dearly, but i am not there to work on them anymore. i've moved on!

also this is the fanwork website. i do most of my marketing on tumblr because i love tumblr's imagination! for people to have fun imagining what comes next, what came before, and what's in the areas you can't see! and in fact, coming up with that stuff yourself was in the TOS when you signed up!!!! oops!!!!
