Aww. Ken Page has passed away. He was a Broadway icon and voice actor. But he's probably most well-known for playing Oogie Boogie in Nightmare before Christmas and all related media such as video games, Disney Park stage shows, and even the animatronic in the Haunted Mansion seasonal overlay.

Here is the very last time Ken Page performed the Oogie Boogie song live in concert from the end of last October. Just three weeks shy of being a full year ago.

Rest in peace, Oogie Boogie. Ken Page was seventy-years-old.

he was so great in that iconic character. he will always be Oogie Boogie to me.

How many people he influenced for the better, to keep on trying and to not give up even in the darkest hours… I wanna thank you, Johnny, for being this A-M-A-Z-I-N-G human being and I wish you all the best things, health, comfort, love, blesses, happiness and strength to keep making a lot of movies, commercials, interviews and music throughout your life.
