okay so this girl in my class was talking about her boyfriend and their relationship and she was like ”he’s the romeo to my juliet” so i just said ”i’ll be the romeo to your tybalt” and she smiled and said that was sweet
i just told her i wanted to kill her
Tybalt wanted to kill Romeo, not the other way around. I think she just bit her thumb at you.
Romeo doesn't want to kill Tybalt at first since Tybalt is his soon-to-be inlaw, but once Tybalt kills Mercutio, Romeo challenges Tybalt to a fight to the death, which Romeo wins. It all happens very quickly. Review act III, scene I.
