are you ever just reading a book and you come across word that you don’t know how to pronounce so you just go afkjhjdsfsjkdhs in your head

when it’s someone’s name and you have to keep doing that for the rest of the book

And then if that book gets turned into a movie, they will pronounce the characters name and you just sit there in the cinemas like the fuck just happened to me

enough about sex positions has anyone discovered a reading position which doesn’t get uncomfortable after 5 minutes

*is still v excited about books but doesn’t have the motivation or concentration to read like I used to*

I hate when I’m reading and then start thinking about stuff and before I know it I’m at the end of the page and have no recollection of what I just read

the problem with reading a good book is that you want to finish the book but you don’t want to finish the book

that terrifying moment when everything is happily resolved but the book still has 200 pages left
