Be like Warren
Keep your distance
Warren Peace was ahead of his time.
(Now I wanna do a PSA poster of Warren as Phoenix promoting social distancing and COVID safety. BUT I CAN’T DRAW!)
This is the first time ever ever seen someone with the last name Battle IRL. Prior to this moment I thought Sky High was just taking a random word and making it a character name.
But since the first place I’m seeing Battle as a real surname IRL is the Corleon Family Cookbook, I’ve decided to rethink all my headcanons for Barron Battle. He’s the son of a mob family now. He left the family to be with Warren’s mother. Something happened that pulled him back in, which is when the Commander arrested him.
Warren does tell Will “I couldn’t get them to stop talking to me.” Maybe it’s a power he needs to work on controlling because people can’t stop coming to him with their problems?
Ooh! I like this!
A super power he can't control. The power to compel people to just open up to him. Tell him their thoughts, and feelings, fears, and hopes. To bear their souls to him...
Maybe Warren isn't even aware that this is a power!
You could make fic out of this!
Will Stronghold clearly has a type, and that type is "noticeably older than him with long dark hair and unaddressed grievances against the Commander".
Layla's the odd one out. I guess
Warren looks like Maxville’s local therapist - gonna listen to you very carefully and give a fortune cookie in the end (probably)
OH. MY. G-D!
That's his second superpower!
In a superhero setting, a genre where characters famously avoid therapy, Warren Peace can get supers to talk to him about their problems and he gives them therapy!
Will's not the only one with 2 powers!
Warren Peace’s parents.

It’s never stated outright that Warren got his fire power from his father. The movie leaves it ambiguous and so I head-canon that Warren got his fire from his mother. Along with the fire superpower also comes a hot temper. (Barron Battle has a different superpower. Maybe something like immortality or regeneration side he was give four (4) life sentences which would been him in jail for something like 200 years.)
She colored it.
Barron Battle and little Warren
Love this!
If you shipped Layla and Warren from Sky High you also shipped zutara.
I redrew this scene with Warren and it reminded me this headcanon:
— Get out of my kitchen!
— It’s not your kitchen, it’s OUR kitchen
"Then get out of our kitchen!"
I love it! This is perfection!
Warren’s putting his hair up
Okay but Will straight up told Warren that he wasn’t going to Homecoming and Warren straight up told Will that he and Layla were only going together to make him jealous. Then he continued to straight up tell Will that Layla had feelings for him. Then Warren still showed up for Layla even though he didn’t think Will would be there.
Warren said he would. So he did.
Listen:
I have a favorite character. Alright?
Warren is a total book nerd, but only for certain genres. He loves suspense thrillers and gritty noir novels, likes not knowing who’s the good guy and who’s the Bad Guy until the very end. Comic books are typically a bust, unless they’re anti-hero stories. Science-Fiction, too.
He keeps a stack of Brontë novels tucked in the back of his closet, but nobody needs to knows that.
What's his opinion of Tolstoy in your headcanon?
Warren blushes if they give him a lot of attention.
