Okay one of my favorite “child of the villain” tropes is the moody teen who wants to be rebellious against their parent but since their parent is the bad guy to have a rebellious phase they have to do the opposite of what most kids would do

That's one of my favorite "child of the villain" tropes too!
And, in fact, was the basis for my whole characterization of Skeleteen in my fan fic "Two Heirs". Skeleteen inherits rule over the Dark Hemisphere and instead of continuing the war with He-Man, Skeleteen invites King Adam to discuss terms for peace. ...then a bunch of other stuff happens.
And since, in my mind, Skeleteen and Allura are basically the same character, the only difference being their genders, I agree with your interpretation 100%.
Skeletor's kid (regardless of gender) = good guy.
As for if she appeared in H&M He-Man, I do like the idea of her having some kind of affinity for Havoc. But if I were writing it, I'd go with something a little different. Something along the lines of she can "feel" Havoc. Like she can sense it's energy and its influence. Even if Kronis is using his stealth tech to appear as someone, she can tell its him because his jaw brace is imbued with Havoc. Something like that.
Okay but, which incarnation of Keldor is Allura’s father? Because depending on the incarnation she would be half demon most of the time but also either half human or quarter human with quarter Gar
It makes you wonder how she would look with multiple mixed species
My personal favorite version of Keldor is from the Classic-Line comics. The one who's half Gar, the first born son of King Miro and was meant to inherit the throne and become King, until he was implicated in his step-mother's death and exiled instead.
That's the version of Keldor I imagine being her father. And, that version of Keldor did canonically have a child with Evil-Lyn. So, I imagine her looking like that child.
And under that baby-bonnet she's got her mother's Zalesian white hair.
Of course, this is just my personal interpretation of the idea of a daughter for Keldor. Which is basically just Skeleteen as a girl, really. I'm sure you and other people would have a different vision of the character.
